Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain quality standard, rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the products.
∎ Monitoring and reporting activities of Quality Assurance.
∎ Online, Offline fabric Quality Control & Monitoring.
∎ Follow up Fabric inspection done by 4 point system.
∎ Color continuity/Shade continuity maintain batch to batch also shade check with approved shade.
∎ Follow up GSM check, batch wise & roll wise.
∎ Shrinkage, Twisting report check with another Lab test report.
∎ Ensure Delivered fabric Quality with maintain SOP.
∎ Find out quality problem & solve for own Shift.
∎ Arrange training/meeting for all Quality inspector by own Shift.
∎ Setting Q.I team and ensuring that targets are quality achieved any other task assigned by the higher authority.
∎ Co-ordinate with Management on any requirement that can't be met.
∎ Report any deviation in 4-Point system to Head of Quality Dept.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
