Criminal Law, Labor Law, Land Acquisition, Land Documentation, Land Management, Legal Affairs
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic planning of Land Titles, Land Purchasing, Land Deeds, Land Registration, Land Mortgage and All kinds of Mutation.
∎ Monitor & verify of land related documents from A/C (Land) office, Tahshil, Sub-registry office, L.A Section, DLR office, Settlement office & A.D.C (Revenue) Office.
∎ Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
∎ Documentation of all types of legal document.
∎ To be responsible for rendering legal judgment on land, regulatory, corporate and estate related issues.
∎ Checking the documents of the prospective proposed purchasing land and various types of Agreement.
∎ Maintain Mutation Procedure.
∎ Supply all the documents of the bank & Tax for the purpose of any kinds of Bank Mortgage & Income tax.
∎ Act and monitoring legal issues arising out from bank finance.
∎ Handle & monitor other criminal cases arising out from company's other operations.
∎ Willing to office at project site office (as and when necessary).
∎ Any other tasks as and when assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have Proper knowledge on land law, company law, labour law, industrial law etc.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about Land survey, Land Registration and all legal issues, civil & criminal cases, Company matter etc.
∎ Strong people management skills.
