Educational Requirements:
∎ M.COM/MBA (Accounting)/CA (CC).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bank Reconciliation and correspondence;
∎ Maintaining Departmental Daily activities and follow up;
∎ Maintaining Receivable/ Payable statement;
∎ Cash book, Bank Book & Ledger posting in both Manual &ERP software;
∎ Maintaining/Making all sort of accounting entries in Tally software;
∎ Party-wise filing system to be maintained;
∎ Able to prepare salary sheet properly. Check all personal files with salary sheet and others in relation to salary preparation, salary disbursement and follow up;
∎ Inventory Management, Fixed Asset Management;
∎ Unit-wise Monthly Profit & Loss A/C and consolidation for the Group;
∎ Annual Financial Report and Analysis;
∎ Tax and VAT related documents preparation and arrange to submit to authority;
∎ Updating Company's Accounting Software and preparation of different financial Reports as required by the management and any other related jobs as assigned by the Head of the Department as well as Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 Years in accounting.
∎ Operating ERP software and Tally;
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Audit, Finance, Cash Management;
∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work under pressure;
∎ Good command in writing and speaking English;
∎ Should have good command in Excel;
∎ Should have good knowledge in computer;
∎ Good analytical ability;
∎ Good communication skill.
