∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agro Chemical, Agrovet, Atta, Cattle Feeds, Fish and Cattle Marketing, Marketing (Fish Feed, Moida, Sales & Marketing, seed marketing, Suji and poultry feed
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Context:
∎ Royel Agro Marketing will be going to introduce a new Brand (Nirvor Feeds).We are manufacturing high quality feeds in our own Factory.we have own transport facilities for fast delivery.
∎ For expansion of new brand feeds (Nirvor Cattle & Nirvor Fish Feeds)
∎ we are hiring MO/AM/TSM/RSM/DSM/ZSM.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluates market information & situation to find new scope of Feed Sales & Marketing.
∎ Must be capable to establish a new brand and generate sales with team & Willing to work under target sales.
∎ Visit & meet the dealers & customers as frequently as possible.
∎ Developing and implementing sales process.
∎ Do the needful evaluation & research on the market trends.
∎ Ensure Team/Individual Sales of Feed Products as per the plan.
∎ Set up dealers/ Parties to maximize sales growth.
∎ Handling all dealers & customers with proper care.
∎ Receiving customer's feedback/ problems and solving them without delay.
∎ Prepare sales report as per requirement of higher management.
∎ Take special care to collect the dues without further/much delay.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
