∎ Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.

∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
∎ Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction
∎ Possess a deep understanding of our flat steel products and their applications.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
∎ Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to potential and existing clients.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
∎ Collaborate with technical teams to present customized solutions based on client requirements.
∎ Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.
∎ Close sales deals and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts.
