Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To develop sales volume and productivity in own territory by doing field study and Market Research (Product, market, & consumer survey) and to analyze the information.
∎ To meet Territory sales target followed by Own and Organizational strategy.
∎ To build relationships with customers like Retail buyers/Plumbers/Contractors/Dealers by providing support, information, and guidance.
∎ To keep the dealers well informed and updated about our offer and promotional activities.
∎ To observe and check sales activities and link up to them in between.
∎ To maintain Daily Call Report (DCR) & TSM report to ASM on daily basis after finishing the task of the respective day and DSM report to AGM on daily basis after finishing the task of the respective day
