Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage regional sales operations across the region
Develop and execute sales strategies for solar and HVAC products
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and corporate clients

Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution
