Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ BBA/ MBA (Preferably in Business & Marketing)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in leading Fan Retail Company is REQUIRED and highly preferred;
∎ Must have experience in leading and supervise a sales team; and
∎ Experience in conducting team training will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidate must have brand promotion knowledge and strong motivational skill;
∎ Candidates must have experience in dealer network in sales of fans (Ceiling Fan, Table Fan and Rechargeable Fan);
∎ Candidate must have leadership quality and lead a dynamic team;
∎ Sound understanding of the dealer network of fan market in Bangladesh;
∎ Candidate must be capable of leading the Dealer Network of the company through Territory Sales Manager (TSM) and achieve the annual as well as periodical sales target with the support of Sales team;
∎ Dynamic enough to create dealers/ resellers in every market under assigned division;
∎ Very clear knowledge about every competitor's price and program offerings;
∎ Positive mentality and physical fitness to travel all over Bangladesh;
∎ Develop the sales team and help them achieve their respective sales targets.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Trade Marketing, Sales
∎ Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
∎ Ability to work independently with the pace of time under pressure;
∎ Prepare weekly/ monthly report and submit to supervisor on a regular basis; and
∎ Computer literacy is compulsory (Ms. Word, Excel, Internet e-mail).
