Job Context:
∎ The Candidate should have experience in selling products (Home Appliances) both inside and out side of Dhaka.
∎ Searching of new for mitigating the gaps in markets and penetrating opportunities.
∎ He has to visit out side Dhaka regularly.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly execute sales plans & achieve sales targets (Revenue & Volumes) through the Sales Representatives.
∎ Monitor and supervise regular sales performance, new acquisitions, market attendance and overall management of all the Sales reps on daily basis.
∎ Maintain proper communication channel for achieving sales objectives/ Goals down the line.
∎ Motivating all Sales Executives for executing sales targets.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales report as required by the Head of Sales.
∎ Monitoring and ensure collections of market dues and update Finance department periodically.
∎ Supervise & guide the sales reps, ground forces to increase the market share.
∎ Critically observe the competitor activities & report to the Head of Sales.
∎ Monitor and Evaluate daily sales target and achievement and execute strategies to achieve it.
∎ Execute and monitor various promotional programs and campaigns of Marketing department.
∎ Give Solutions to any problem faced by field force.
∎ Monitor the activities of the TSO, ASM, RSM.
∎ Ensure realization of transaction against daily sales.
∎ Check accurately and approve TA/DA bills of the TSO, ASM & RSM.
∎ Monitor the competitor's activities and provide on time effective solutions of field sales force.
∎ Develop & implement effective sales strategies.
∎ Achieve Monthly sales Target.
∎ Negotiate and settle agreements with critical customers.
∎ Identify and solve market related problems.
∎ Train the Sales Forces regarding product knowledge and professional skill development.
