Job Context:
∎ The applicants should have work experience in Polymer Industry (Tanks, Pipes, Doors, etc).
∎ The base workstation is Dhaka but he will be responsible for monitoring any division of Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of sales and Marketing.
∎ Plan, organize, direct and control sales staff to meet objectives.
∎ Develop and implement a unique business strategy to improve the current business status
∎ Forecast market needs extensive knowledge on target based marketing management and ensure sales target
∎ Lead & monitor all sales & service channels of regions attaining the required standard and regular market visits to ensure that teams are visiting markets regularly as per the monthly & yearly sales plan.
∎ Responsible for driving the regional business plan to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly acquisition and revenue targets.
∎ Provide strong leadership and prepare the team members for achieving the company goals.
∎ Ability to formulate sales/marketing plan and fix target.
∎ Developing the most well-trained, professional sales force possible.
∎ Prepare detailed Professional Business plans within the agreed budget and formulate Sales Strategies for the region.
∎ Expand to new market areas and analysis the sales problem & market recommendations to increase the sales volume
∎ Should be able to control and supervise a large sales team consisting of a large number of Zonal Managers & Executives.
∎ Forecast for sales and collection, plan consequently to meet the assigned targets.
∎ Constantly monitor competitor activity/performance
∎ Product branding, Promotional plan, budgeting & execution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum of two (02) years working experience as DSM/RSM or similar position.
∎ Should have vast practical knowledge about remote markets & areas of BD.
∎ Should have the mentality to travel frequently.
∎ Should have elaborate knowledge about competitor's strategies, activities & market share.
∎ Strong leadership quality with a strong personality, energetic, well-mannered.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
