Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales Marketing, Marketing and Sales, Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute action plan for sales growth to achieve long term business objective.
∎ Monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target achievement of the assigned division.
∎ Analyze and adapt with new marketing polices & procedure.
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor Bulk / Trading sales activities to achieve sales target.
∎ Manage efficient operation to ensure width and depth coverage of commodity products across the given area.
∎ Coordinate on-time delivery of products.
∎ Collect dealers/traders data proactively as per requirement of team leader.
∎ Organizing regular field visits to demonstrate, establish new business & product to the prospective clients.
∎ Ensure on time report submission as per requirement.
∎ Allocating areas to TSO.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in bulk sales of commodity items (Rice, Flour, Suji, Salt & etc.) will be added advantage.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint
∎ Positive, energetic & people centric attitude
∎ Must have strong communication & convincing ability
∎ Have good geographic knowledge
∎ Strong team building capacity
∎ Strong mental & physical ability to work under pressure

Salary:
