Develop and execute divisional sales strategies to achieve business targets
Manage and supervise Zonal Sales Managers and field Sales Officers
Ensure proper distribution coverage and availability of products in retail channels
Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key clients
Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance analysis
Ensure effective implementation of trade promotions and marketing campaigns
Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion
