∎ Area/ Territory wise sales Target Fixation and its achievement.
∎ Formulation of strategies for achievement of Target.
∎ Monitorial of Sales Team.
∎ Monitorial the activists of Distribution.
∎ Monitorial Primary & Secondary Sale.
∎ Regular Market Visit.
∎ Guide & Training of RM, TSM & SO.
∎ Organize, Setup and establish distribution.
∎ Increase market coverage and available of Products.
∎ Proper Orderly & Proper distribution of goods to the market.
∎ Realization of Sales Products.
∎ Market information and Confirm activation.
∎ Monitorial movement of Distribution Van & Vehicles.
