Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ BBA/ MBA (Preferably in Business & Marketing)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must possess leadership quality
∎ Candidates must have experience in dealer sales network in the home appliance sector such as LED TV, Refrigerator, Air Conditioner, Freezer etc.
∎ Sound understanding of the dealer network of home appliance market in Bangladesh
∎ Candidate must be capable of leading the Dealer Network of the company and achieve the Sales target with the help of Sales team.
∎ Dynamic enough to create dealers/ resellers in every market place of Bangladesh
∎ Very clear knowledge about every competitor's price and program offerings.
∎ Positive mentality and physical fitness to travel all over Bangladesh.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Trade Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/ Home Appliances
∎ Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently with the pace of time under pressure.
∎ Computer literacy is compulsory (Ms. Word, Excel, Internet e-mail)
∎ Experience in leading Home Appliance Retail Companies is highly preferred.
