Automobile, Battery, Storage cell, Cement Industry, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Tyre manufacturer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Has handled a large team & knowledge of entire Bangladesh market for relevant channels.
∎ Exposure to both D2C & B2B channels ( both Dealer & Institutional sales).
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
∎ Meeting planned sales goals.
∎ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
∎ Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
∎ Promoting the organization and products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be sound in both English and Bangla Communication.
∎ Should be Tech savvy.
Salary: Negotiable
