• Candidate should have clear knowledge on HS Code for export;

• Excellent communication in both written & speaking in English;

• Experience require in M&S/H&M Tesco Shipment requirement;

• Computer literacy in both Bangla & English essential;

• Knowledge on ERP software access;

In this circumstances, We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, professionally goal oriented mindset, and well mannered; The major Responsibilities of candidate will be:

• Ensure On line Booking, FCR, BL Draft, On Buyer/Forwarder Portal;

• Collect EXP forms from Bank along with shipping documents for submission to C&F agents;

• Communication with C&F, Forwarder, Shipping line and buying house;

• Handle documentation such as invoice, packing list, B/L, CO, GSP and EXP;

• Making correspondence with local buying house and foreign buyer through Email time to time regarding Export documents;

• Fully liable for submission of Export documents to local buying house, bank or buyers representative office;

• Dependable to submit Export documents to bank for negotiation with Buyer bank for bill realization;

• Provident fund,Insurance,Gratuity
