Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Management, Business, Finance, or any relevant field with minimum one (1) years of program operations experience or bachelor's in Management, Business, or Finance, or a related field with minimum three (3) years of program operations experience

Additional Requirements:
∎ Work experience with USAID and US Government regulations is preferred. Relevant experience, such as working on programs sponsored by international donors (the World Bank, the UN, the ADB etc.), will be valuable
∎ Demonstrated experience in reporting, monitoring & evaluation, and closeout of field program.
∎ Extensive experience working with counterparts at various levels of government including educational administration
