∎ Job Location: Own Home District/Divisional location with extensive tour but transferable to any business location
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the district sales target & operational objectives of supervised territory;
∎ Identify, analyze and proceed for big development of shops in the assigned territory;
∎ Develop credit sales business;
∎ Maintain audit compliance in all individual shops in the assigned territory;
∎ Support to activate promotional activities; and
∎ Any other assignment when & where required related to develop retail sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 - 3 years' experience in retail sales operation supervision, monitoring, and sales target achievement
∎ Candidate from Electronics Home Appliances/Automobiles/Furniture Industry is preferable
∎ Age not over 32 years;
∎ Ability to lead a team meet sales monthly and annual targets and goals;
∎ Must have a proven record in sales operation supervision skill;
∎ Very strong approach to systems, processes and standard operation procedures.
∎ An ability to work independently and as a team.
∎ Smart Personalities and leadership skill; and
∎ Computer Literacy is must, knowledge of sales operation through ERP is an added quality.
