Experience:

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency, Micro-Credit

• Masters’ in Social Studies/Science/Development Studies/Social work/ Sociology/ from any govt. approved university.

• Applicants having more than one third class/ Division or equivalent grade in their entire academic record will not be considered eligible.

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency, Micro-Credit

• Age At most 45 years

• At least 7 years of full time experience in the field of development sectors/ NGOs (only full time work experience after Bachelors or Master’s degree will be counted)

• Experience in implementing or managing national or large-scale apprenticeship or work-based learning programs will be considered an added advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office Package

• Excellent Communication skills both in Bangla and English

• Self-motivated, adaptable, Team player and passion for social development works.

• Ability and willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management and Supervision of day to day activities, Monitor the financial issues and total project Administration.

• Plan to develop the quality performance, services and effective monitoring tools to monitor.

• Take initiatives for Health Care Establishment (HCE) to participate in the project activities and implementation of the prescribed medical waste management plan in the client premises.

• Organize meeting with different HCE owners/administrative persons to come forward to participate in medical waste management project of Mymensingh.

• Monitor and ensure the health safety and environment of medical waste treatment plant and plant workers.

• Communicate with all the stakeholders and ensure excellent working relations for the sustainability.

• Check and review the treatment procedure of medical waste and analyze the effectiveness of treatment

• Carry out other jobs as assigned by the management as and when required.

• Assist the management with the facts and figures to ensure the smooth operation of project activities.
