Education:
- Masters
- Masters’ in Social Studies/Science/Development Studies/Social work/ Sociology/ from any govt. approved university.
- Applicants having more than one third class/ Division or equivalent grade in their entire academic record will not be considered eligible.

Experience:
- Min. 03 Years Professional Experience
- At least 3 years of full time experience in the field of development sectors/ NGOs (only full time work experience after Bachelors or Master’s degree will be counted)
- Experience in training or managing national or large-scale apprenticeship or work-based learning programs will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assignment Duration: Contractual basis.
Duty Station: Mymensingh City Corporation Area/ Sylhet City Corporation Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and conduct the training courses of Medical Waste Management program for the staff of Health Care Establishments (HCE) according to the set guidelines.
- Conduct different types of awareness and capacity building training program to make the staff of Health Care Establishment (HCE) for proper in-house management of generated medical waste.
- Monitoring performance of daily practice in medical waste management (incineration, autoclaving, chemical disinfection and deep burial) of collection medical waste.
- Conduct meeting with different HCE owners/administrative people and government/non-government organization(NGO) to come forward to participate in medical waste management program.
- Monitoring of health, safety and environment of medical waste treatment plant and plant workers.
- Data analysis, report writing, documents submission to the District Coordinator.
- To evaluate the need assessment of training programmes using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and by observations, in order to plan future training courses or to amend existing ones.
- Assist the management with the facts and figures to ensure the smooth operation of project activities.
