∎ Position: Distribution Project Officer (DPO) for a Reputed Telecommunication Company.
∎ Age Limit: Maximum 28
∎ Personal Motorcycle is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Revenue target for assigned part of Territory/Distribution.
∎ Achieve Distribution Target in terms of new outlet expansion.
∎ Manage Distribution Operation for assigned Distribution Area.
∎ Manage Distribution Hygiene all across the functions of Distribution Operation as guided by the company.
∎ Ensure 100% Sales Compliance as per the regulator's directives.
∎ Ensure Trade Visibility & Effective campaign communication at channels.
∎ Develop & Lead Distributor's Field-Force.
∎ Optimize & monitor company-provided resources to support distribution activities.
∎ Ensure Digital product availability through channel partners and even distribution.
∎ Implement Digital/ Hybrid Distribution.
∎ Implement Distributor Financing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent planning and execution skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English & Bengali.
∎ Innovative & out of the box thinker.
∎ Good negotiation skills.
∎ Team management skills.
∎ Self-motivated.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 33000 - 41500 (Monthly)
∎ Fixed Salary: BDT. 21,000
Allowances: BDT. 10,000
Incentive KPI: BDT. 8,500 (As per company policy)
Phone Bill: BDT. 2,000
Yearly Festival Bonus will be applicable only after 3 months of job completion.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
