Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
∎ Ensure strong presence, visibility & dominance company products.
∎ Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ The incumbent have to visit agent point regularly.
∎ Create new retail/corporate or group customer to accrue the sales target.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planing & execution.
