Job Context:
∎ Project Name: Bhasanchar Operation (BCO)
∎ Job Nature: Contractual
∎ Duration of Contract: 03 months (with possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance and availability of fund)
∎ Reportable To: Deputy Director & Coordinator-Bhasanchar Operation
∎ Duty Station: Bhasan Char, Hatiya, Noakhali
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the Distribution Officer to conduct proficient and timely distribution.
∎ Ensure proper standard distribution center and maintain standard distribution protocol.
∎ Distribute token/invitation card and disseminate proper information to the community regarding distribution.
∎ Active participation in distribution process of Food, Noon-Food Items, Hygiene Items and other distributions.
∎ Support the UNHCR litigation team to find out the problems, implement the solution or refer to the concern department.
∎ Ensure standard Complain Feedback Mechanism in the distribution center.
∎ Priorities Extreme Vulnerable Individuals in the distribution and provide porter service to them.
∎ Maintain proper documentation by finding out the back locks.
∎ Liaison with relevant actors for implementation of proper distribution chain.
∎ Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reporting coordinating with the Distribution Officer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age Limit 30 years (Age limit will be relaxed in case of potential candidates)
∎ 3 years of professional/ volunteering experience.
∎ BDRCS Youth & Volunteers will get preference.
∎ Convenient in communication both English & Bengali.
∎ Basic knowledge on computer operation.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in a team and respects opinions of others.
∎ Able to works well under stress and works well with deadlines.
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
