Responsibilities & Context:
To ensure regular semen sales as per weekly, monthly sales target plan for maximization of profit and ensure the achievement.
To ensure online sales posting in the ERP software of AIE
Maintain regular communication with AI Service Provider (AISP) to ensure presence during sales day
Ensure quality service of AISP and understanding their requirements
To received semen & AI materials as per ASC requirements, target and maintain stock
To ensure distribution LN2 of AISP as per SOP
Monitoring and supervision of AISP and field visit activities if required
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Perform any other jobs delegated by the supervisor(s)
