Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare disability inclusion plan.
∎ Organize meeting with PWD and solve the problem.
∎ Educate patients and their careers and contributes to physical rehabilitation.
∎ Develop and maintain working relationships with concerned departments to collect assistive device;
∎ Follow the budgetary activities and prepare an effective plan to achieve the target;
∎ Regularly visit the project-working areas and find out the disabilities for inclusion;
∎ Form an effective group of disables; Find the problems of disables and treat them;
∎ Organize meeting with them in a regular basis with a view to make them self-sufficient;
∎ Assess need for assistive devices and specific items and provide when necessary
∎ Contributes to physical rehabilitation effectiveness by identifying patient care issues, implementing physical therapy directives where possible;
∎ Instruct and counsel patients by describing therapeutic regimens; giving normal growth and development information; promoting wellness and health maintenance;
∎ Develop and review the treatment plan.
∎ Keep up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients.
∎ Capacity building of PWDs for effective and efficient use of cash /grant for business development as profitable manner;
∎ Maintain regular information sharing with senior management like PC, BDO, Focal Person, backstopping team and other colleagues.
∎ Develop and maintain working relationships with concerned departments, different associations, partners and stakeholders;
∎ Liaison with the organizations from where assistive devices could be collected;
∎ Link the disables to nearby institution or hospitals so that they can get treatment.
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly progress reports incorporating both qualitative and quantitative information and maintain properly for future use;
∎ Ensure systematic documentation of project results and impact.
∎ Monitor the individual disabled-BNFs through regular field visits;
∎ Maintain database related to your activities; and prepare case studies on good practice and success stories and preserve as well.
