Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leadership ability to work, manage and coordinate a Team effectively.
∎ Ability and willingness to ensure best customer service and satisfaction through available resources and to arrange cross training within departments
∎ Ability to understand and formulate effective marketing & sales strategy and ensure proper implementation
∎ Must be self-motivated and self-driven having a daily work plan in place and addressing the company's revenue, wastage and overall client satisfaction
∎ Ability to conduct business development meetings and work for the overall development of the team members accordingly
∎ Needs aggressive and pro-active steps to review corporate rates and ensure maximum revenue potentials
∎ Proficient in writing officials drafts/press releases and help building image & reputation of the hotel.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, good market knowledge, sound sense of business and economy
∎ Ability to deal with aristocratic local and foreign clients being well groomed, well-mannered and good communicator.
∎ Having positive attitude and visionary thoughts is a priority.
