∎ Job Summary:
∎ The Dhrubotara Youth Development Foundation (DYDF) is a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to community development, youth engagement, and volunteerism, and we are seeking dynamic Project Coordinator to drive positive change in the areas of socio-economic development and capacity building in Bangladesh through Youth development approach.
∎ The Program Director based in the Dhaka office, reports to the CEO. He is responsible for managing all kind of projects and program from head office under close supervision of higher management. Together with administrative responsibilities like keeping track of project documentation and responding to financial inquiries, carry out a variety of coordinating tasks including timetable and risk management. Excellent time management and communication skills are essential for this position since you`ll be working with internal teams and clients to deliver deliverables on time.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities and Tasks:
∎ Oversee overall management, technical leadership and strategic planning support to all programed, projects of DYDF
∎ Making concept note, proposal and all kind of donor communication, reporting management.
∎ Responsible for overall management of the program in line with DYDF in order to achieve respective project/ program objective and goal.
∎ Provide support for overall technical vision, leadership and program management and administration
∎ Serve as key program liaison with stakeholders, partners on project issues, with project teams, all other GOV, NGO, Donor, Private Sector stakeholders to exchange information and development of professional relationship.
∎ Manage all kind of reporting and assigned works by CEO
∎ Ensuring effective project management and ensuring compliance, coordination , proper outcomes , documentation along with team management.
∎ Project proposal making, donor reporting, communications and grant hunting initiatives
∎ Ensure timely support for all programs and ensuring quality field operations
∎ Ensuring sustainable public, private partnership with donors, private sectors, financial institutions, government institutions for growth and support to DYDF, in coordination with CEO.
∎ Reviewing all financial and logistic information on periodic basis and updating CEO with proper recommendations.
∎ Playing role in representing organization in various audience for related negotiation's, project meeting and program progress, achievement's
∎ Others important duties assigned by the authority on need basis.
∎ Playing role in program staff, consultant hiring process in consultation with CEO.
∎ Capacity enhancement and strategically plan development for organizational growth and innovations promotion across the DYDF programs and projects.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the line supervisor
∎ Adherence to and support DYDF Bangladesh's Safety and Security policy and systems
∎ As part of this role, the job holder will be expected to adhere to and support DYDF Bangladesh's Safety and Security policy and gender policy etc as part of their day to day duties, and comply, at all times, to safety & security protocols and directives should be adhered to. Staff must maintain situational and self - awareness and be aware of the safety - security related consequences.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6-8 year(s) experiences on similar role.
∎ Clear understanding about project and program related activities and donor management, negotiations.
∎ Must have own laptop
∎ Proven work experience as a similar role
∎ Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
∎ Fluency in donor communication, proper writing and speaking skill with IT efficiency
∎ Random field visit capacity and ability in work under pressure
∎ An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
∎ Experience required in Youth & Minority, SDG and climate base, right base thematic issues.
∎ Clear understanding and experience required for policy advocacy, campaign design.
∎ Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
∎ Skill base training management capacity and NEET youths engagement experience will add extra value
∎ Strong external stakeholders-facing and teamwork skills
∎ Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
∎ Hands-on experience with project management tools Interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills. Software management capacity is mandatory related with research and documentation.
∎ Excellent writing and speaking skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Willingness to work in flexible hours is a critical requirement for this role.
∎ Should be dedicated to daily task completion based on targets.
∎ Computer MS operation and report writing capacity, practical clear knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint
Salary:
∎ BDT 50000 with HR policy wise other facilities and two festival bonus. (Joining from 15th January)
