- Should have sound knowledge of Labor Laws and ILO conventions in Bangladesh.
- Should have knowledge of social compliance Audit Technical Audit, CTPAT Audit.
- Able to work independently and proactive.
- Strong leadership and team management skill.
Responsibilities & Context: - To plan, coordinate, organize and control of marketing, administration, logistics & others essential sites of the company.
- To ensure smooth flow of sales & joint venture Land signing with maximum target & best feasibility.
- To manage and administer effectively all the company matters.
- Responsible for the technical management, supervision & control of site constructions processes.
- Monitoring and analyzing marker trends.
- Maintain proper customer relationship with potential and existing clients.
- Supporting and managing a marketing team.
- Monitor, control and utilization of site materials and worker activities.
- To implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement of real estate business.
- Ensure employees/worker smoothly working.
- Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Assist the Management in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market status, profitability and return on investment.
- Conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting its short-and long-term objectives.
- Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
- Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning information support and analysis.
- Ensure development of an effective organizational structure and the promotion of a positive internal climate.
- Ensure smooth operation of the factory as well as monitor the whole process from production to shipment of the factory.
- Ensure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective unit within given timeframe.
- Control the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirements.
- Control the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of waste by proper planning.
- Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.
- Business developments, meeting with valued clients, directing & monitoring independently.
- Owns operational implications of cross-departmental project initiatives.
- Recommend policy changes.
- Ensure the working progress, related problem solving, weekly/monthly meeting with related heads regarding the operation progress & business development activities as well as report to Chairman and Managing Director accordingly.
- Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance.
- Prepare and monitor budget to achieve goals in line with company goals.
