Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (M.Sc in Computer Science)
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science
∎ Professional Certification: Should be a CCNA, RHCE certified

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The person should be able to provide technical support to end-users, having broad-based expertise to handle problem identification, diagnosis, resolution, and solve the problems through telephone or any remote support tools. He will also be able to Performed IT security administration functions for user, data, and remote access and should be able to manage data server independently.
∎ Should be a CCNA & RHCE certified.
∎ Should have achieved VM Wave expertise and Storage.
∎ Have knowledge of Data Center.
∎ Extensive Programming Concept with ERP ( Java), Oracle Database
∎ Have knowledge of Web Application both in context and content

Additional Requirements:

∎ Pro - active, self-motivated, enthusiastic and result oriented.
∎ Ability to work well in collaborative cross-functional team environments.
∎ Ability to work independently and with limited direction.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in written and speaking in Bangla & English.
