Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall management of the Microfinance Program of CDIP under the guidance of the Director (Microfinance);
∎ Provide overall strategic guidance, leadership, management, and general technical oversight of the access to organizational goals and activities with a focus on achieving defined results;
∎ Develop the program plan, program expansion plan, set target, mobilize human resources, monitor performance, initiate action, performance reports, audit response, etc.;
∎ Undertake regular field visits to supervise field activities implemented by the Microfinance program staff and to ensure the quality of CDIP program implementation;
∎ Ensure effective administration, implementation, monitoring, follow-up and supervision of all staff and activity of the CDIP Microfinance Program.
∎ Mobilize resources from Banks, PKSF, and other financial institutions for the Microfinance Program;
∎ Liaison and communicate with Board, Government, Donors, Regulator and financial intermediaries and partners such as MRA, PKSF, Banks, etc. and represent the CDIP in the external forum inappropriate manner;
∎ Maintain constructive working relations with all Director and Heads of the Divisions. Constructive working relations should be maintained with field program operations as well as other sectors as and when required;
∎ Create strategic direction and handle identifying, measuring, controlling, and monitoring the risks of microfinance Programs and their management;
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
