Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters in social science is preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing, planning and implementing the microfinance program of the organization;
∎ Manage portfolio quality, increase productivity and manage the risk of the Microfinance program efficiently;
∎ Provide dynamic leadership and direction of field operations;
∎ He should have capacity to set up a policy to way out from identified risk factor of the program;
∎ Leading and managing risk management of microfinance activities;
∎ Supervise for the effective and efficient implementation of the program and operations;
∎ Monitor the responsibilities of the Coordinators, Area Managers and Managers who are involved with microfinance program of the organization;
∎ Take strong and realistic steps for keeping each branch at the profitable stage and submitting the profits / loss report of the organization at the end of the month to the top management;
∎ He should have expertise in analyzing the ongoing microfinance program of the organization, expanding program according to the needs, behaviors and nature of the beneficiaries, giving strategic guidance at field level and making analytical report;
∎ He should have clear idea about MRA and PKSF rules;
∎ Preparing annual budget/loan disbursement, business plan and tracking its implementation in the Microfinance program;
∎ Perform regular basis and surprise field trip and conduct monitoring the ongoing activities for ensuring qualities and its growth;
∎ Ensuring rational financial reporting analysis;
∎ Monitoring financial and programmatic performance;
∎ Providing adequate and timely management information as per agreed formats and ways of the organization;
∎ Preparing report of the program for submitting to the funding agency;
∎ Conducting staff evaluation/assessment and training;
∎ Developing training schedules, modules, a related curriculum, and materials for the program;
∎ Strengthening and motivate the communities to participate in training and manage community development plan for capacity building;
∎ Follow the norms, objectives, values and conventional rules of the organization;
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 15 years' working experience in the Microfinance field and 3 years' experience as Director/Chief of microfinance in any reputed national NGOs;
∎ Ability to undertake regular field visits.
∎ He should have skills in driving motorcycle with valid driving license;
∎ Should have skill in language both in Bengali and English;
∎ Should have track record of attending/participating training, workshop, seminar and meeting on microfinance issues;
∎ Should have track record of participating management training;
∎ Excellent computer literacy is must (Ability to use MS Office and E-mail correspondence).

Salary: Tk. 80625 (Monthly)
