Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute all digital and conventional marketing , including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
∎ Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts;
∎ Design, build and maintain our social media presence;
∎ Maintain and execute editorial style guidelines on all creative content;
∎ Responding to incoming email and comments;
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals;
∎ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
∎ Very effective Posts and E-mail template design and contain writing for marketing;
∎ Create marketing strategies for Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Google plus, LinkedIn;
∎ Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business;
∎ Identify content stealing and /fraudulent behavior and practice of Digital Millennium Copyright act;
∎ Lead and oversee the digital marketing team and extend support to develop policies and procedures;
∎ Taking responsibility of planning and preparing budgets for the digital marketing wing by ensuring value to the business growth;
∎ Maintain, improve, monitor and analyze call center operations by monitoring system performance; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades;
∎ Prepare and manage different action plans; Identifying and resolving problems; completing system audit and prepare reports based on different analysis as per management instruction;
∎ Conduct effective resource planning and provide training to personnel for maximizing the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.);
∎ Launch Optimized Digital Campaigns through Google Ad words, Social Media, Blog, Website & Email etc. to increase company and brand awareness and lead generation.;
∎ Measure performance of digital marketing campaigns using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.) and plan accordingly;
∎ Analysis and Write content for SEO and Social networking accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. Create and edit posts, videos and other content;
∎ Implementing and Managing company's social media accounts focusing on information that are relevant to our client's business objectives (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest, Flickr etc.).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 8 years with at least 2 years in any educational institute.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Advertising & Promotion, Corporate Marketing and Digital Marketing preferably in any Private or Public University.
∎ Good computer literacy especially in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point.
∎ Excellent command over both Bengali and English language (reading, speaking and writing).
∎ Must have a good skill on email corresponding to local and international.
∎ Must be well spoken in English reading and quality report writing.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and for long period of time.
∎ Experience must be in related position.
∎ Pro-active, smart, self-motivated and disciplined.
∎ Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
∎ Bright, confident personality

Salary: Negotiable
