∎ Age: 50 years maximum, relaxable for an exceptionally qualified person.
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience with proven track records in the relevant fields. Should have excellent proficiency in conducting research and content analysis, developing business plan/project proposal writing study reports. S/he should have tremendous efficiency in formal communications, conceptual clarity of development issues and should be capable of thinking out of the box, presentation capacity, excellent negotiation skill in Bangla and English. S/he should possess good computer skills in MS Office, Power point, ACCESS, Data analysis and processing, web browsing etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Credit and Development Forum (CDF), the National Network of the Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), Bangladesh, is looking for a committed and smart professional for the position of Director.
∎ Responsibilities: Planning and development of microfinance research programme, undertaking information and statistical analysis, preparing project proposals, networking, developing and maintaining rapport with member-MFIs, stakeholders, exploring new development partners and promoting linkage with development partners, banks and other financial institutions and undertaking effective advocacy.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary: Negotiable. Consolidated monthly salary during the period of probation. Based on satisfactory performance, s/he will be placed in an appropriate pay scale and entitled to festival allowances, provident fund and gratuity.
