Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in social sciences/ Economics/ Finance/ Accounting/ Statistics/ English with honors/ MBA (Major in Finance).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity. Should have excellent proficiency in conducting research and content analysis, developing business plan, writing annual and study reports. S/he should be efficient in formal communications.
∎ S/he should have sound professional and leadership skill and conceptual clarity of development issues and should be capable of thinking out of the box.
∎ S/he should be fluent in presenting theoretical and practical standpoints both in Bangla and English.
∎ S/he should possess good computer skills in MS Offlce, Power point, ACCESS, Data analysis, web browsing and e-mail communications, etc. Any application without work experience on microfinance with NGO-MFIs or with donors/ lnternational organizations/Network will not be entertained.

Salary:
∎ Salary: Consolidated monthly salary of an amount, to be negotiable, during period of probation.
