The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), the premier professional body responsible for developing and regulating the accountancy profession in Bangladesh, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Director – Corporate Services.
The Director – Corporate Services will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Institute, ensuring effective implementation of the Council’s decisions and advancing ICAB’s mandate in professional education, regulation, and member services as per the recently approved organogram of ICAB under its reforms initiative to empower its management fully.
Position Details
Position Title: The Director - Corporate Services, reporting to CEO.
Supervises: Corporate Services Division.
Employment Type: Permanent Position.
Key Responsibilities
The Director – Corporate Services will be responsible for:
Leading and overseeing corporate administration, human resource management, and institutional support services of the Institute.
Managing administrative operations including property management, procurement, facilities management, and regional offices.
Maintaining effective liaison and coordination with government authorities, regulatory bodies, professional institutions, development partners, and other key stakeholders on matters relevant to the Institute’s activities and strategic objectives.
Overseeing corporate communications, publications, branding, and public relations to enhance the Institute’s institutional visibility.
Coordinating meetings, conferences, and institutional events of the Institute.
Supporting development of corporate training programs, certification initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
Implementing efficient systems, policies, and procedures to ensure effective governance and operational excellence.
Providing strategic support to the CEO in achieving the Institute’s institutional goals and operational plans.
