Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating plans, implementing and measuring the success of comprehensive marketing, branding and promotional activities (in both traditional and digital media) with accountabilities, responsibilities and liabilities;
∎ Planning and taking initiatives for enhancing the image and position of the university within marketplaces, market spaces and general public through engagement and facilitating internal and external communications;
∎ Creating and organizing national, physical and online events and competitions among the prospective students, young generation and along with professional bodies for enhancing the reputation of the university;
∎ Managing the activities of strategic and creative design for the branding and promotion of the University for ensuring the availability of admission brochures and materials, advertisements in social and online media and other similar issues;
∎ Designing, managing and maintaining an up-to-date and state-of-art websites of the university and its constituents by engaging ITS of the university and appropriate professionals;
∎ Identifying future trends and frontier technologies for making innovative and state-of-art branding, promotion and marketing plan and implementing them;
∎ Developing, coordinating and overseeing promotional programs, technical assistance and resource materials to assist various departments in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities;
∎ Leading special projects as assigned, such as special events, re-branding/logo development, capital campaign communications plans;
∎ Developing short- and long-term plans and budgets for the branding, marketing and communications program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance;
∎ Developing, implementing and monitoring systems and procedures necessary for the smooth operation of the marketing and communications functions of the university;
∎ Working with various staffs and volunteers to develop and maintain a strategic perspective based on marketplace and constituent needs and satisfaction -- in organizational direction, program and services, decision-making and ensuring the overall health and vitality of the university;
∎ Developing and coordinating means to seek regular inputs from the University's key constituencies regarding the quality of promotional and non-promotional programs and services and the institution's relevance;
∎ Acting as an internal consultant to bring attention and solutions to institutional priorities;
∎ Assuming overall responsibilities for planning, management and direction of the student recruitment team;
∎ Ensuring university's domestic and international student enroll targets to be met as well as ensuring smooth interface between recruitment and admission office;
∎ Managing contracts and agreements with agents, national and international corporates, national and international university partners as well as student recruitment partners;
∎ Ensuring compliances with UGC requirements and University Policies and procedures.
∎ Coordinating with external partners, University Academics and Student Clubs; and
∎ Facilitating admission and reception of international students as well as providing national and international students residential supports.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Minimum 5 years working experience as a director/ deputy director in the post of university Marketing, branding, promotion and public relation.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): advertising and promotion, brand planning development, student admission enhancement planning, effective digital marketing under social media and online advertisement.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills are a must. Need to be proficient in both oral and written English.
