Educational Requirements:
∎ Have minimum a master degree from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee program and project implementation and regular monitoring functions including fundraising, program development and HR management.
∎ Oversee the program and project related communication with and reporting to the donors and government authorities in a timely manner.
∎ Provide assistance to the Executive Director to implement the policies and strategies of the organization.
∎ Conceive and lead functions to uphold the vision, mission and strategies of the organization at the implementation level.
∎ Determine the information required for RFPs and producing, collecting and using baseline data and research based information to meet the requirements.
∎ Lead and oversee the development of concept note, project proposal, annual report and strategic plan.
∎ Identify problems and gaps in program implementation and provide support to the staff to overcome it.
∎ Ensure effective coordination among different programs, projects and departments.
∎ Represent the organization in different forums and networks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have sound knowledge in contemporary global and national development scenario.
∎ Fair understanding about gender, human rights, diversity, PVE and other contemporary development issues.
∎ Able to supervise, mobilize the staff/colleagues to run the organization.
∎ Able to maintain liaison and coordination with government, donor and the networks through teamwork.
∎ Excellent understanding and capacity to use Theory of Change (ToC) and Logical Framework Analysis (LFA).
∎ Proven capacity to write concept note and project proposal independently and with a team.
∎ Excellent facilitation, presentation and analytical skills required in English & Bangla.
∎ Proven capacity to articulate different issues brilliantly in speaking and writing.
∎ Having good command and knowledge in computer and internet using is a mandatory requirement for both the positions. All applicants are required to be gender sensitive and respectful to the principles of non-discrimination, diversity and secularism.
Salary: Tk. 100000 (Monthly)
