Responsibilities & Context:
Irises Ink Private Company Ltd. is a Bangladesh-China joint venture specialized in manufacturing textile digital reactive print inks. With a strong emphasis on quality, performance, and sustainability, we serve both local and international markets. Our aim is to consistently deliver superior ink solutions backed by innovation and advanced technology.
This position is based at our ink manufacturing facility in Rupsi, Narayanganj. The selected candidate will be directly responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of digital textile printing machines, creating, adjusting, and troubleshooting ICC profiles, and providing on-site technical support to customers. The role demands strong hands-on experience with Textalk and other digital printing systems, as well as the ability to diagnose and solve printer and colour profile issues efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Create, adjust, and troubleshoot ICC profiles for digital textile printing machines.
Provide technical support to customers, including on-site visits to resolve printer and ICC profile issues.
Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure consistent ink performance and colour accuracy.
Monitor printer performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Assist in training internal staff and customers on proper printer usage and ICC profile application.
Maintain detailed documentation of printer settings, ICC profiles, and customer support activities.
Prepare daily quality reports and submit them to the Quality Control and Lab Manager.
Work Days: 6 days a week
Workplace: Candidates must be willing to work at the factory location and visit customers in various places
