Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and display advertising and marketing automation tools.
∎ Proficient in cloud conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, MS Team, etc.) and in arranging virtual meetings.
∎ Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
∎ Professional certifications like Digital Marketing Fundamentals and Digital Brand Management will be an advantage.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Multimedia content development for and operation and maintenance of the official web portal, official social media page, video broadcasting site, instant messaging platform, professional networking sites, virtual meeting spaces and digital brochures, annual reports, and periodicals of the port authority.
∎ Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's digital presence goals.
∎ Provide training for knowledge transfer and capacity building of client staff and end users.
∎ Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
∎ Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Employment Type: Contractual (1 year); Renewable annually based on performance and fund availability.
∎ Remuneration: Negotiable
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (100% of Basic Salary) (length of service at least 6-month on the job to be eligible)
∎ Accommodation: Single-room with attached bath and full furnished accommodation within port premise (Officers' Dormitory) is available on payment (Tk 3,000 per month).
∎ Food: Dining facility on payment (Ground floor Officers' Dormitory).
∎ Medical: Free doctor's consultation for the incumbent.Gymnasium: Ground floor Officers' Dormitory
∎ TA/DA Honorarium as Trainer
∎ Yearly increment
∎ 2 weekends (Friday & Saturday)
