Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
∎ Reporting & Accountability: Report directly to the General Manager and CEO, providing updates on campaign performance, audience insights, and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
∎ Budget & Campaign Management: Create monthly budget proposals for multiple projects, manage social media accounts, and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
∎ Performance Tracking & KPIs: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (organic traffic growth, engagement rates, conversion rates, social media ROI, and audience retention), adjusting strategies to maximize effectiveness.
∎ Content & Collaboration: Work closely with content writers, content creators, and developers to produce high-quality, engaging content aligned with business objectives. This includes overseeing video, motion graphics, animations, and graphic design for social media.
∎ SEO & Algorithm Adaptation: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and SEO best practices to optimize engagement and visibility.
∎ Lead Generation & Funnel Marketing: Implement lead generation strategies, including email marketing, content marketing funnels, and audience targeting to convert prospects into customers.
∎ Paid Advertising & Media Buying: Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, Google Ads, and other paid social media initiatives to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
∎ Marketing Automation & Analytics: Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, manage content calendars, and track campaign performance through data-driven insights.

∎ We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead social media marketing, funnel marketing, and lead generation initiatives.
