Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Ensure existing customers satisfaction and searching new customers over the phone calls, social media & all digital channel.
∎ • To achieve sales target and set a new target as well.
∎ • Provide proper information to the customers with ensuring customer satisfaction and Identify customer needs and provide necessary solutions.
∎ • Responding to all customer inquiries very politely and Maintaining page/Support Group activities.
∎ • Ensure Service Delivery through follow up process & updating documentations.
∎ • Report time to time to the Team Leader for complicated issues.
∎ • To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, website & internet.
∎ • Communicate with Clients about new and upcoming Products.
∎ • Maintain regular communication with existing and new Clients and provide necessary support to them.
∎ • To maintain relationships with the existing and new customers.
∎ • To be responsible for maintaining after-sales officials' formalities.
∎ • To Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique
∎ • To maintain other activities as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ • Should have good command in Bangla & English.
∎ • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ • Skill Required: Microsoft Office Applications, Basic Knowledge of Graphics Design, Basic Knowledge of Photography and Basic Knowledge of Nutrition and Organic.
