Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collects and analyzes necessary industry, market and competitive information and find potential partnership opportunities to increase reach of product and services in digital domains. -
∎ Drive cross functional teams from Compliance, Legal, Channel Operations, Finance and Technology to onboard new channel partners for digital recharge. -
∎ Drive cross functional teams from B2C Sales & Distribution and Finance to ensure sufficient amount of stock to cater demand of customers of digital channels (MFS, DFS, my bl app, website & chat boat) -
∎ Drive cross functional team from CCD and Technology to address queries from customers of digital channels (MFS, DFS, my bl app, website & chat boat) -
∎ Drive cross functional teams from Technology to address queries from digital channels partners for services and solutions related VPN and API connectivity. -
∎ Drive cross functional teams from Finance to address queries from digital channels partners for payment settlement and TDS & VAT.
