Karooth IT (BD) Ltd. is seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing & Technical Writer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence while creating high-quality technical content to support business development. This role combines creativity with technical precision — managing online marketing campaigns, developing engaging content, and preparing well-structured proposals and documentation for government and international clients. If you have strong communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a flair for technology-driven storytelling, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to promote our software and  biometric products.

• Manage and update company website and social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

• Design and run online campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.) to generate leads.

• Prepare digital content — brochures, product datasheets, videos, and case studies.

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports.

• Technical Writing & Proposal Development

• Prepare technical and financial proposals for government and donor-funded tenders.

• Write clear, structured, and persuasive content for proposals, concept notes, and company profiles.

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex technical solutions into professional documentation.

• Review RFPs and tender documents to ensure full compliance and accurate response.

• Maintain an organized database of proposal templates, references, and project documentation.
