Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and budget monthly digital media expenditure for all clients.
∎ Report monthly digital media performance of all clients.
∎ Generate insights from periodic data to modify plan of action to achieve better results.
∎ Maintain best practices for digital content development.
∎ Maintain best practices for social media content publishing (by tracking off-peak and peak hours in different social platforms).
∎ Maintain best practices for media buying on all social media platform and blog writing to meet the metric targets on a monthly basis.
∎ Manage the security and smooth functioning of digital assets such as websites, social media accounts of all clients.
∎ Modernize websites with better features and functionalities for improved user experience and improved lead generation.
∎ Maintain best practices for SEO.
∎ Manage digital customer service through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, web emails and other customer touch points.
∎ Manage digital media billing by working closely with 'Accounts' department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of how to pull reports in Google Ad Manager, Facebook Business Manager & Google Analytics
∎ Passion for client service and can-do attitude
∎ Sound knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ad Manager
∎ Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel & implementation of Double Click Tags
∎ Proficiency in Spreadsheet solutions, especially MS Excel or Google Sheets
∎ PPC knowledge and campaign management
∎ Client outreach and coordination of content
∎ Handling customers and clients over the phone and online
∎ In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
∎ Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
