Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Digital Marketing Expert to help our company with online/digital growth.
∎ In this position, the candidate will be involved in developing digital marketing strategies, implementing Social media marketing & Search Engine Optimization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and conduct media campaigns on Facebook, Google, YouTube and other digital ad networks having in depth knowledge in keyword (various platform) and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting.
∎ Design media campaign that aligns with the goals of our business
∎ Able to conduct influential marketing
∎ Creates necessary marketing database and conducts research
∎ Must have experience in Search Engine Optimization and content marketing
∎ Coordinate and support the creation of digital content to use in various social platform
∎ Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
∎ Making strategy in direct marketing methods to increase profitability
∎ Monitor ROI and KPIs & analysis performance & provide reports timely manner, stay up-to-date with digital media developments.
∎ Create insightful detail plan and report (MS Excel, PowerPoint or any required medium).
∎ Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
∎ Develop relevant content, publish in digital channels, and regularly maintain the channels (social media, web, email, etc.) to reach the company's target customers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of conversion ads, lead ads, and understanding of retargeting ads.
∎ Must have experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) including on-page and off-page optimization and in link-building strategies and building links on regular basis for SERP
∎ Must have knowledge about Ad Manager, Analyzing Data from Data Studio, Google analytics.
∎ Must have knowledge about Brand Principles & understanding of consumer Behavior.
∎ Team Player, Work under Pressure, Proactive, Hard Working
∎ Analytical skill (Brand, Creative, performance)
∎ Adaptability, be able to multitask and work under tight deadlines

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
