Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline/ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, IT, CSE, Media & Communications or related discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing and Managing the Company's social media accounts. Expertise on Social Media platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, YouTube marketing, etc. to manage digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Develop relevant content, publish in digital channels, and regularly maintain the channels (i.e. social media, web, email, etc.) to reach the company's target customers. Creates necessary marketing database, email, and social media advertising.
∎ Monitor customer feedback and develop ways to better serve customers.
∎ Ensure that customers receive the quickest possible service.
∎ Resolve customer complaints and concerns by investigating problems that develop solutions and manage customers with satisfaction.
∎ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction index
∎ Ensure all relevant communications, records, and data are updated and recorded
∎ Study & analyze customer feedback related to services and take necessary corrective actions
∎ Creative planning and designing for all the digital marketing campaigns. Good Graphics designing knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.
∎ Creative planning and execution of all the Facebook marketing campaigns by using Facebook Ads manager, including good knowledge of conversion ads, lead ads, apps promotion ads, and understanding of Facebook pixel for retargeting ads.
∎ Develop and manage creative digital marketing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and content marketing strategies. And update the company website as per need.
