• Bachelor / Honors degree.

• Age 22 to 35 years

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in Real State services.

• Expertise in SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, web analytics, and digital content creation.

• SEO, content writing, copywriting, social media marketing, website maintenance, digital marketing, Google Analytics and e-commerce website monitoring.

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and others, with a focus on seasonal promotions and product launches.

• Create and manage engaging content, including copywriting and scriptwriting for social media, email marketing, and digital media.

• Monitor and update the company’s website, ensuring all product information is accurate.

• Respond to customer queries on social media and monitor online feedback.

• Analyze marketing data (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and generate performance reports.

• Stay updated with industry trends and digital marketing tools, including Facebook Ads.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategies with company goals.
