Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to plan for marketing proposals/ideas/campaigns/ suitable marketing strategies.
∎ As part of the team, your role is to be a storyteller, and effectively communicate design and communication concepts, both verbally and visually.
∎ Conceptualization and creation of all marketing-related assets (videos, articles, infographics, graphics) intended for publication on online channels while adhering to brand guidelines and the company's brand equity.
∎ Write digital content for social media postings, landing pages, and digital banners.
∎ Create and manage paid online marketing campaigns across different platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Search, Display, YouTube, Linkedln)
∎ Day-to-day campaign accounts to achieve the best results and hit the target KPIs
∎ Handle inquiries from customers (Phone, email, and online platforms such as Messenger, Whatsapp, Instagram, and google)
∎ Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
∎ Work closely with other cross-functional teams to successfully implement all marketing plans and activities.
∎ Any ad hoc tasks assigned to you by management from time.
∎ Content creation, copywriting, campaign scheduling, re-targeting, and SEO.
∎ Optimize social media, website, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
∎ Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies.
∎ Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and the latest trends.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Market Research, Lead Generation, Content Development, Basic Graphic Design, and Web Research.
∎ Knowledge of Facebook Ads / Youtube Ads / Instagram Ads / TikTok Ads / Google Adsense.
∎ Must have working knowledge at Design related software like photoshop, illustrator, or Digital App- Canva.
∎ At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Facebook Advertising and social media account management is added advantage.
∎ Applicants having foreign Degrees are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Working Experience in Education consultancy will get high priority.
∎ Had independently run SUCCESSFUL relevant media campaigns.
∎ Relevant achievements in running ad campaigns and activities.
∎ Required skills (s): Digital Marketing mix, online media trends, Google & FB ads Analytics.
∎ Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
∎ Self-motivated, independent and proactive.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
