1. DIGITAL MARKETING & CONTENT EXECUTIVE — 01 POSITION

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Facebook, Instagram and other digital channels.• Plan and execute Meta advertising campaigns.

• Support Google Ads and YouTube campaigns.

• Generate qualified leads for the Sales Team.

• Prepare and maintain monthly content calendars.

• Create Reels, short videos, graphics, captions and promotional content.

• Coordinate photography, videography and drone shoots when required.

• Monitor advertising expenditure and campaign performance.

• Track CPL, qualified leads, site visits and campaign conversion.

• Conduct competitor and market research.

• Maintain project listings on relevant property portals.

• Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communication or a related field preferred.

• 1–3 years of practical digital marketing experience.

• Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

• Experience with Facebook/Instagram Business Suite.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar tools.

• Good Bangla and English communication skills.

• Ability to understand campaign data and customer behaviour.

• Real-estate marketing experience will be an advantage.
