Additional Requirements: - 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the Real estate sectors for post.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, Email marketing and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of the education consultancy industry is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context: Key Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Manager:
- Digital Strategy Development: Create and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and advertisement consultancy services.
- Content Marketing: Oversee content creation for various digital platforms (social media, website, blogs, etc.) that resonates with prospective Real Estate.
- Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to engage with prospective Real Estate. Track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- SEO & SEM: Implement SEO best practices to optimize the company’s website for search engines and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and generate qualified leads.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing analytics. Use data to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop and optimize lead generation funnels (including landing pages, forms, and CTAs) to convert website visitors into inquiries and leads.
- Stay Updated on Digital Marketing Trends: Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the education sector.
- Digital Marketer part:
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and increase engagement with prospective Real Estate client.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating engaging content, posting regularly, and interacting with followers. Track and report on campaign performance.
- Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC): Assist with creating and managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), ensuring ads are optimized for lead generation and maximizing ROI.
- Email Marketing: Design, implement, and track email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and drip campaigns, to nurture leads and retain clients.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work with the sales and admissions team to ensure seamless lead handover, communication, and follow-up on digital marketing-generated leads.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, the competitive landscape, and the education sector’s evolving needs to inform strategies and keep the company ahead of the curve.
